Geoff Miller has lived in Holyhead for a number of years and worked for Stena Line on board their ferries until 2020 when he was offered redundancy. Geoff is originally from Jamaica and has a passion for the unique food from his home country. As a part time fireman in Holyhead Geoff has always been keen to cook for his fellow firefighters and they have been blown away by the taste and quality of Geoff’s cooking. With this endorsement from his colleagues Geoff had the motivation and passion to take his cooking on to a more professional basis. He has now established a brand new catering facility in the grounds of his home in Holyhead and is ready to unleash his tasty Jamaican food on the residents of Holyhead and the surrounding area.
Geoff has worked hard to get to this point and he would be the first to admit that he has needed some support along the way. Môn CF is proud to have played a small part in Geoff’s journey to opening his new business and we wish him well for the future.
