Cassandra’s journey with us so far…

“I started my AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 2 Qualification in February 2015. In 2016, I completed AAT Level 3 and went on to become the Finance Assistant. I completed my AAT Level 4 while on Maternity Leave and returned to work in April 2018 as the Finance and Monitoring Officer on the WEFO In-Work Project. In April 2019, I was promoted to Finance Manager for Môn CF and now have a team of 3 working with me. Next month, I will be starting my ACCA Qualification (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) to continue my professional development.”

We asked Cassandra what her favourite thing is about working for Môn CF, she said:

“I have three favourite things about working for Môn CF. The first has to be the difference we make to people’s lives and our community, the second is the people who it is a pleasure to work with every day, and the third is working with numbers all day, which I have loved since a child.”
