natalie ryderNatalie has worked for Mon CF since September 2014, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Academy, staff, and volunteers. With a degree and background in Education, Natalie is also responsible for coordinating all training delivered through Mon CF through a number of Awarding Bodies; quality assuring the development and delivery of all training and qualifications offered at the Academy. The ethos of the Academy and Training Team is to continuously evolve and improve the services we provide to prepare our clients for current and upcoming opportunities, and help them to reach their full potential.
