People turned out in force to support Holyhead’s Family Fun Day. The town Centre was a hive of activity, alive with the sounds of laughter, smiles and fun. It is thanks to the kindness of local people and volunteers that the day was such a success, their support is the backbone of the community in Holyhead.
The Fun Day featured live music, bouncy castles, face painting, street food, an artisan craft and food market, children's activities and even a line dancing flash-mob!! Mickey and Minnie Mouse even made the journey from Disneyland to add to the festivities on the day.
Kerry Williams from Uniquely Yours Confectionary said: ‘‘Just want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for today! Absolutely brilliant day had by all. Such a pleasure meeting the Holyhead Community Events Team, nothing was too much trouble for you and all communication was smooth. You have done yourself proud and I can't wait for the next one! well done.’’
