Liam returned to Môn CF in 2016 following a successful Jobs Growth Wales placement which lasted for 18 months. Liam had a current CV which needed updating and together with his employment mentor worked on a new and updated CV. Liam was then booked on to an Emergency First Aid at Work course in order to enhance his CV. Liam also enrolled on to Môn CF’s Journey to Work course, where he attended sessions to help him with his Driving Theory.
During employment support meetings Liam and his Mentor would complete job searches and fill out applications for vacancies together. In April 2017, Timpson’s advertised posts in there Tesco store at Holyhead. An application and CV was submitted, and an interview arranged at Bangor Timpson’s. Môn CF provided transport for Liam to and from Bangor where he was interviewed. Liam received a call back from the Manager at Timpson’s who informed him that he was successful and would be employed full time and started work in May.
