Môn CF’s Youth Team is actively involved in supporting the young people of Holyhead at The Youth Pod, located at Market Square in the town centre.

The Pod is a unique and innovative facility designed by, and for, young people who just want a cool place to meet up with their mates. It provides a relaxing venue in the heart of the town centre providing a range of facilities; including Free WIFI, a Bluetooth speaker,a pool table, DJ decks, looping machine, mini cinema / Xbox room, PS4 and Wii, computers, TV area with comfortable sofas, stage/performance area and a large kitchen. The kitchen turns into a Youth Café during the evenings, and provides quick snacks and drinks at affordable prices. It also doubles up as a training facility for those keen to learn the basics of creating a healthy meal.

Môn CF’s experienced and supportive Youth Team staff are on hand at all times to assist young people in managing the Youth-Led facility.

We have a Your Voice Matters board inside the Pod, where all relevant news and activities are advertised, as well as including a space for our members to make suggestions or requests for things they would like to happen (anonymously if they prefer) alongside the support of their peers.

In addition to the range of services and facilities available at the Pod the Youth Team will from time to time provide opportunities via the Splash programme for young people to extend their experiences and take part in exciting activities, as well as other external agencies and instructors who are chosen by our members.

Registration forms are available at the Pod for young people in school year 7 and above, and the Youth Pod is FREE to attend.
